Born in Thann (Haut-Rhin), Emmanuel Fernandes has lived in Strasbourg for over 20 years, and in the Meinau district for many years. He worked in Illkirch-Graffenstaden for over 16 years. Before entering parliament, he was an invested citizen, deeply attached to his region. He thoroughly voices the issues of his constituents in Parliament, where he sits at the Commission for National Defence and Armed Forces.
