Pablo Quintana has been elected at the French Consular Council in Madrid in 2021 and is President of the Consular Council of Madrid since 2022. Franco-Chilean settled in Spain since 2001, he acquired French citizenship in 2009, he has also worked for the parents council of the Lycée Français de Madrid. He has been involved in union candidacies (FdG, Agissons Ensemble, NUPES, NFP) in the consular and legislative constituencies since 2014.
